Very poor service! After 9 call outs they were unable to install our alarm system. Unfortunately the 10th call out will be for removal of their system.

A week later and still waiting a promised call back.

Today I saw again how professional Securetech is , they did a great job , they installed equipment today and in one place I could see a huge difference in their installation vs the old security company we had to do an installation , the difference is like day and night , I wish I started with Securetech from the beginning.If you want professionals that don't take short cuts and do a great job , I highly recommend Securetech for your security needs if they are available in your area.I will put a couple of pictures up tomorrow to show the comparison between Securetech and the previous security company's installations.

So on Friday night (5 March 2021) at the Denne road intersection by the feul station, an Etios from this company ran a red light, I pulled up behind him to confront him and this rude guy looks at me, said he is late, flipped me off and drove off....I actually want to share this video to people just to show how this company and their people are

Bad experience with this security company. I am actually looking for another one to replace them. Their services are so poor especially their technical team. No problem with the rest of the departments.

Very poor service and can not resolve an ongoing issue from 2015. Technical support is definitely not competent. New alarm system installed, technical crew unable to program the system supplied, signals not being received by control room. Issue is ongoing for 13 days now and no resolve from secure tech. Absolutely no feedback either. When the client needs to show the technicians how to install that is just incompetence at the highest level. If you value your security rather go elsewhere.
