Red Carpet Carwash

Red Carpet Woodlands. Extremely slow and not being managed effectively. Was reading through te other reviews, and the low rating makes sense to me. Rather close shop and give a willing person the job.

So on 31 August 2022 I took my vehicle to this car wash for the first time in 8 months, because previously my power bank was taken from my vehicle. Returned 8 months later hoping things would be different or changed, only to find afterwards that my daughter's cellphone was taken from my vehicle. Went to see them today and told them straight that one of them took the phone and they all denied it, manager comes and wants to assault me, shouts and screams at me, refuses to check CCTV of the incident or give me the owners number, I will advise everyone not to make use of this car wash, beyond shocking, so basically you pay them to take your belongings from you. Then they tell you there is an indemnity board covering them from losses, that does not give you the right to take my belongings and that is simple. I hope the owner can see all these 1 star ratings and see how bad customers view his business, but then again if you have managers intimidating customers and want to assault customers then it says enough.

The most pathetic carwash. They newly took over the Heuwelsig carwash, where we've always had excellent service. Not this time. At 9:30 this morning we took in two cars for a superwash and polish. They close at 2pm. They did not call to say the cars are ready. At 13:30 we go to check on them.The attendant then gives the story that they ran out of polish for the second car, so they couldn't do it. It really took them 5 hours to find out they didn't have enough polish, or that they couldn't borrow from another branch????They also do t have the decency to call and say that they aren't doing the polish and that we can collect the cars.The story then changes, that THE BOSS" called to say they must leave the polish on the second car and rather do superwashes on other cars that came in much later than mine. Seriously

Went to the Woodlands branch at 12h00 on a Sunday, (they close at 14h00). I pulled my car into the queue which had 3 cars in it. As i climbed out my car the staff who were busy working in the vacuum and drying bays started shouting Nee ons is vol

Not only were our cars filthy dirty, but our belongings were stolen and the manager said rudely it is not his problem! When the police arrived the manager denied that we made a complaint or ever spoke to him. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Took my car today for the second time this week to Red Carpet Carwash at Preller, after I got stuck in the mud.Last week my boot was not vacumed and I told the manager about it.He said he will pay attentionto it.Before I left, I opened the boot and it looked OK. Just to get back home to find out the camping chair and and plastic sheet were merely moved over the dirt.I also notice in the reviews that people are complaining about belongings stolen from their vehicles.My blue tooth ear phones were stolen from a cabin on the dash board.I know it is my responsibility to remove valuables, but I forgot about them.An average star rating of 1 for this business is actually too high.

Washed my car at the Heuwelsig branch for the first time. Paid R130 but car was not cleaned inside. The manager also did not check as he blamed it on the cleaners. I had to take my car back and complain - something i hate doing. I will not go back again. Waste of money + time.

Worse car wash ever, scratches everywhere after they done with you car, went back to them, the response you get is come back when the manager is here, doesn't even ask me for my contact number seen like they don't even care, please if you reading this don't go there for your car wash, they just going to mess up your car.

Car was still dirty afterwards. Also money was missing from my vehicle. Will definitely not be taking my vehicle back.

Utterly ridiculous for one to pay for a car wash and interior vacuuming only to get a service that I can do better by washing the car myself at home.
