With all reviews read on google, I was expecting so much more from Emma, needless to say, I was highly disappointed.There was no clear direction (in detail) of how pictures will be taken or props to have on my children (although nice, a little headsup on what to put on my kids would have been appropriated to give guidelines).Emma was a borderline between being very unprofessional and clearly rude (Might be her off day, but I expect a level of professionalism towards all clients regardless).She raised her voice at me, during my toddlers photo session discussion, while “apparently explaining” to me what we were doing next, she ignored me after the photoshoot when I went to her desk to understand payments and picture selection (she concluded whatever she was doing before acknowledging me being there! All these really put me off and for some reason I tried to ignore her annoying attitudes for the sake of my kids having a great experience.The furniture in the studio’s waiting room also needs a little touch up in my opinion.Session went on with anger inside of me and I doubt I’ll EVER GO BACK for another session!!!On the other hand, Summer (one of her staff), was a star though, but cannot say thesame about Emma!

Great photo service and they have a huge area, to take different photos, for family, friends weddings and many more photos.

I have known Emma photography from 2013. She captured unforgettable memories on our wedding day. Best photographer in town. Passionate about her job. Very patient, reasonable package good quality pics, always getting pictures on time.

Was a horrible experience from the start. Arrived to a closed get waited almost 10 min then got I waited another 10min.Emma's assistant was friendly, but Emma told my mother to sit (like you would a dog) and rudely asked, Is this not a newborn shoot?"I dont know if she'd rather have my mother sit in the car (I wasn't yet driving again at this time)My baby had BAD reflux and started throwing up in a laid down position (even after I told her he can't or shouldn't lay down like that.
