Always incredibly helpful and friendly. Probably the friendliest and nicest team in a pet store.They go out of their way to ensure your pets are taken care of and always ask after our boxers. When our puppy didn’t like a particular food, they took the initiative to call the premium pet food company and find out what else we could try within the range and ordered it. They offer a great loyalty card too.
