Disappointing! After walking around, the shop had hardly any clients, I was not approached by any member of staff asking if I needed assistance. They have a good selection of light fixtures and fitting but not much variety in lampshades.

Excellent efficient service with very good COVID 19 protocols followed.Whilst standing in the queue I was asked by a very friendly staff member the purpose of my visit (to collect a parcel) and then assisted immediately - as others in the queue required printing etc.

Payment systems down for 2 days, zero urgency to get it resolved. No SnapScan or any alternative means to pay. Ending up buying the bare minimum as had to pay cash

The lighting showroom is impressive, displaying a variety of light fittings for a multiple range of applications and environments, such as home or work space, including inside and outside lighting options. The designs of the lighting fixtures are good. The customer service is decent. I would seriously recommend visiting this store when shopping for lights.

I always enter hopeful that someone has given them a shakeup, as the idea of putting the client first they just haven't got their head around. They've (eventually) got the basics, but the detail flaws them. Always. Pity as its got a good range of lights

Been dealing with eagle for over 30 odd yrs, between long st and M5 Park since they opened here.Never had problem with service rendered. Manager Mr Roland and staff very helpful and good service.December 2018 I bought LED globes, it lasted me one month. Took it back and they arrange with the suppliers ( flash) to come to my house and do a load reading. Which came out positive and the globes was replaced plus two spares. At no extra charges. Well done Eagle. We S K Interiors will always support you.Keep up the excellent service Mr Roland and staff.

Great range of lighting, affordable to super expensive. Sales staff little slow to help but very helpful once they do. Pity the checkup procedure is such a disappointing, invoices, duplicates, signing paying signing... was expecting a retail experience not a contractors warehouse.
