Portia in Customer Services clearly needs to get more sleep. She could hardly assist me with my return, without continuously yawning every 30 seconds! She was extremely rude, unfriendly and totally uninterested in her job! She never said one word to me, except to mutter to me to fill my details on the slip. Her attitude completely sucks, especially for someone IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Maybe consider employing someone who actually appreciates having a job!

Amazing cashier who assisted me. She was so friendly and so helpful. When I get her name I'll definitely post it here. Did commend the manager on such amazing service. Definitely a well trained embassador for pick n pay.

Bought black forest cake there twice second time was yesterday and twice it tastes like it was baked in candle wax. First I thought it was just a mistake for that day now again it's happened so that means it is an everyday thing. Cakes there used to be nice but now they terrible.

I will never buy my lamb anywhere else, the butchery manager and stuff cut and prepare my meat so wonderfully, I am just so happy with the quantity n quality, I dont mind paying for it, because its so fresh and packed just how I like

Honestly I don't mind shopping at this pick n pay however every time I buy a rotisserie chicken it's horribly over cooked. It seems the staff try and get this chicken cooked as fast as possible on the highest heat and don't care about the end product. Half the chicken is inedible I won't be buying chicken from this pick n pay again. Such a waste of money!!

Shocking, every cashier had such a bad attitude, they don't greet you and continue chatting with their mates while you wait, I was ignored and treated badly. How did you people get a 4 + rating. I am from out of town and have never experienced so many miserable staff members in one place. You deserve -5 stars, but I had to allocate you 1 star to leave a review. The liquor shop was a much nicer experience. The staff there were helpful and friendly. In the supermarket, the only decent staff were the shelf packers that helped me with a smile. Shop elsewhere if you can. This place is overpriced.This is just my opinion. Draw your own conclusions.

Considering myself a well seasoned mall fanatic (one stop centre) I found the mall most accommodating ito parking space. The mall is well equipped with all retail, banks and medical resources. The mall is well secured with security at all entrances and hygienic ablution facilities. A big thank you to all maintenance and domestic staff who relentlessly strives to keep the mall in top shape. The only mall where the taxi rank is decent and clean where order is still perceived as a priority. During a time when our country is falling in desseray the mall is still standing the test of time. Management, you doing something right. Keep it up.
