Disgusting services!!! This is officially the worst place to get your building material. The employees here are not interested in helping customers. It's very embarrassing! I understand that the place is new and you probably don't have enough staff but honestly, if you guys wanted more customers you'd try and make this place look presentable instead you exposed yourselves and made fools out of yourselves. I really can't seem to understand if you guys are running a tavern or a warehouse, because your employees don't seem to get it into their heads that they're at work. It's funny honestly.

Having to wait for almost an hour to get assistance is a bit of a let down.. and still left coz no one was helping. A lady tried to assist but it seem paint is not her specialty. All a wanted a factory paint not even the one that has to be mixed.

You apparently cannot return products that they do not sell at the Builders Atteridgeville store.So if you buy an item online or at another Builder’s store and they dont stock it they wont refund or exchange it for you.Very unprofessional and against refund and exchange policy.

They have no customer service at all, I struggled to locate a shop assistant to help me find what I was looking for and when I finally did, no one was willing to come and help me carry my materials...I had to return something and I waited for authorization for over 15 minutes...disgusting

The service is mediocre. Finding assistance in the shop can be made better. You may not always be able to find what you are looking for. And if you look for help with the staff there, they always seem so dismissive. Though it is undertoned. I could not even get knowledgeable assistance.
