Was in quite a bad accident in 2019 and took my car here.Waited about 2 months for my vehicle. With no updates or time frames.When speaking to the guy in charge of repair he kept saying don't worry it will get done"...I was informed afterwards that my insurer wanted to write-off my vehicle but nortons convinced them not to WITHOUT CONSULTING ME!When I eventually got my car back MULTIPLE panels very noticeably not lined up and quite clearly panel beaten instead of replaced.No paint blending was done at all.AND to top it all off I had to request holes left by them to be plugged up.I highly recommend you avoid having your car repaired at this place at all cost! The headaches are simply not worth it."

My vehicle went in for minor spray work and l wasn't initially happy with the quality of work. I raised my complaint and they did not resist , they listened and redid the work brilliantly ! I will recommend them anytime !!

Had my truck for 2 weeks not even started it. Rang and asked what was going on, the lady couldn't of cared less. She told me come pick it up if you're not happy, it will get done when it gets done she says. Why Mutual & Federal use these people is beyond me, there are a JOKE
