As a business owner of 20 years i have never had such a bad experience with a supplier.On the 14th of November 2022 we had to pay in full before they started production on the 28 plaques we ordered, we needed and agreed on delivery date 22 November. After more than 6 empty promise deliveries we were given an outsourced suppliers details by Jenny to follow up ourselves on final completion of these plaques, we received the last 2 plaques this morning. I contacted one of the shareholders David who apologised but did not a thing to change or help with this situation.This unacceptable bad service and lies has put our relationship with our customer at risk and threaten the cancellation of our contract with our customer. The consequences could be devistating to my small business as if this,my biggest customer cancels our services we will be forced to let go half our staff as a result of delivering late.
