Terrible experience in Casualty. My mum had an injury on her foot. After taking her in to casualty, the doctor on duty refused to see to her once she had been given a bed. He walked pass her numerous times and did not pay any attention to her. This resulted in her anxiety levels increasing and we ended up with a bigger problem than we went in for. He gets angry with me when I ask him why he is taking so long. I will see to her

Clean, quiet and very productive I love that you don't wait on long queues to get assistance. The staff is friendly and the doctors are thorough. Visited a friend recently and we were greeted by friendly faces. Their canteen or hospital shop is too limited and basic, you might want to buy flowers and gifts elsewhere before you visit the hospital.

The service at this so called private health care facility leaves a sour taste in my mouth. How can they have no porters, and expect weak patients to get themselves around. That's just 1 gripe I have with this institution, there are many others. Let's just leave it here.

Very neat and clean hospital. Absolutely the best Doctors and Nurses in Randfontein. The nr 1 Hospital in Randfontein. Dont even bother with the other hospital. When you arrive every person in the hall way will greet you and also offer help. Great great staff.
