Order number 217 on 19 May. Received my 3 cheese burgers but the dills were not removed on the 2 requested. No King Steers in the packet and there is no invoice for us as the driver needs it??? The chips are nice and big but raw on the inside. Phoned manager who wants me to send him my location per WhatsApp just after they delivered and I have given him my order number. Very poor, they do not know how to serve customers!

I have a video I am sure will thrill you. My order gas been on the pass for at least 10 min. No staff at Steers side. Im being ignored. Absolutely disgusting service. Don't blame covid or bad economy when you close your doors. Blame your management and staff. Still not served

I will give it up for these ones.. they are always improving their service and you will enjoy their quick service.Sometimes you may need to ask for your patty to be well done if tender meat is not your thing and they will be happy to do it for you.Their Wednesday special is still on point though I wish it could go a little bit lower in price since covid is past us..I would advice that you call and collect especially on Wednesdays so that you donot wait for long at the restaurant because certainly, they are busier on Wednesdays and waiting time is longerThey started delivery services at a fee, you may choose itas as an option.,

Ordered x 2 chips only received x 1 (this has happened a few times before)The patty on the chicken burger was so small it was hidden by a medium size slice of tomato.No condiments placed in packet.This must be the worst Steers out there

I've given this place 3 chances. They mess up delivery orders only to fix them 3 hours later, they have one person cooking everything while the rest sit eating and kicking their fingers in the kitchen in pain view of the customers. Staff is untrained, impolite and they all sit shouting at each other causing a horrible atmosphere in the shop. Avoid this place like the plague

Very friendly staff and female manager. I would have given them 5 stars but the till at the drive thru does not allow vouchers so I had to get out of my vehicle to present my voucher in the store.
