Really impressed..!Placed my order for hologram bubble mailers late on Thursday afternoon and delivered in Durban by 10h30 Monday morning. I was kept informed every step of the way by both MSC and the courier company. Even with the delivery charge these envelopes worked out much cheaper than a very popular stationery store and the quality is superior as well.

I wish I could say my first time buying was a good one but its not. I was attracted by the low prices to get supplies for my kids.However the quote was amended 3 times cause they cant read my mail. They then further decided not to respond to my emails as to how long the order will take even when I paid them the same day, did not notify me that stock was out or that they can supply me alternative. I had to call them twice to follow up on my order and with rudeness being told that 1 - they don't respond to mails cause they have orders that need to go out, 2 - they have no stock do I want alternatives after I said yes on the first call. Received courier details - takes 2 days to go from Pretoria to Johannesburg according to the update. Asked feedback from the courier co. and no response via whatsapp or email.Should I dare ask MCS Office what's is happening with my Order????

Most unfriendly place ever, a cemetery is more friendlier than this place. You walk into this shop you are met with faces of people who look like they have been eating chilly bricks" the whole morning. I will rate this shop -0 out of 10. Worst in-store experience ever. Even if they say it's the only stationery shop left in the province
