The WORST booking experience ever!!! We booked for a company function and paid. We later wanted to add on to our booking as per our initial agreement with the lady that was helping us. It literally took the restaurant more than 3 weeks to get an invoice , I literally had to call everyday to follow up, they make empty promises. I received the worst service ever from this restaurant. I called today asking for their banking details in order to process payment for the additions , no one could assist us. We spoke to the “manager “ with no luck. Everyone is just clueless when it comes to their system. I’ve never experienced such incompetence in my life. They had the nerve to tell me that “they have a lot of bookings!” Did they not know that when they accepted our booking over a month ago????? Mind you, we still haven’t received proof of banking. You’d swear they are hosting us for free.

Excellent ambience, food, wine list and service. Vusi and Simba did a great attending to our table. I'll be returning soon.

We had a lunch on Sunday afternoon. When booking for a table I was professionally assisted by Nozipho who was very friend and professional. Before the event she called to check if everything is going well and if we are still coming and suggested that we move our table inside due to weather.So booking is highly recommended. A menu was shared as well as their options of cake for birthday celebration. They have a tasty variety of mini cakes as well. On Sunday there was piano being played there which added a lovely ambiance to the restaurant. All the meals were well presented and delicious. There's also ample of safe parking space if you worried about safety.

My girlfriends and I went to eat here last week Sunday. Food was okay. What was weird was the manager at the lounge area approached us and said we look underage; the issue was resolved. Shortly after he escorted another gentleman - who was significantly older than us - to our table and this gentleman proceeded to ask for our phone numbers. This was incredibly unprofessional and embarrassing. This was so sick seeing as not so long ago he thought we were underage. I do not go to restaurants tto be pimped out by incompetent and opportunistic employees.

My experience was simply put Stunning!The receptionist who took my call, the doorman and the gent who escorted us and the hostess and the waiters were all super friendly!Restaurant was very peaceful with a serenity in the atmosphere which was appreciated after a hectic day.The service was excellent, we were checked on regularly.The food was delicious!We both opted for healthy salads and yummy is how I would bescride it.We were there last night so can't wait to try them during the day to soak in the view.Thank you to each and every one of you!

Nova bistro restaurant
At first glance, you would not expect such a restaurant in the area. It is well hidden but the atmosphere is amazing. I was greeted by a friendly waiter and assisted to my table. The food was very tasty and there were no complaints all round. When moving to the lounge area, there was a waiter that seemed like he did not want to serve us. He was grumpy and spoilt our mood. Overall I'll give it an 8.5/10

Delicious and such lovely service. I had the Ferrero Rocher cake and build your own affogato. The cake was enormous and so moist. It was so delicious. The cakes here are freshly made everyday and you can tell. The affogato was so delicious and I love the idea of creating your own. The service was amazing. My waitress, Samantha, is so kind and helpful. I had a lot of questions and she was so patient and understanding. This place is a definite must!

What did I like about Bistro? It's simplicity and elegance.They've got a good selection of dishes and drinks. We had different pasta dishes and both were really amazing. The downside was that both pastas didn't have enough sauce on them which made the meal a bit dry but it still tastes really nice.The service is good. There could be improvements though. I had a particular issue with how some of the items were put on the table. I think that it could be done with a bit more care. But overall, good service.
