I recently had a fault in my car and they were very helpful in getting it fixed as fast as they could, no hassels. I've also sent my car in for service a year ago. They are super friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you Renalt Ballito!!!! Keep up the excellent service

Terrible service I received today well actually no service. Car broke down on the side of the road. Called lady at reception 5 times and left a message urgent to get someone to phone me I always work through. Well that message was never passed onto anyone . And then get told I never phoned her. Single mom stuck on the road and she does not find this urgent enough. Shocking shocking service im sorry

I don't think the service department realizes how frustrating it is to wait 5-7min on a call, waiting to get through, only for them to drop the call on you when you finally get through. They drop the call on you while you're trying to explain your enquiry.No care, no sincerity, no urgency. You can tell that they are tired from the tone of their voice and they are not interested in helping you. No effort to return the call once they drop it. I wish I never have to deal with that Ballito department in the near future.

They Sold me Band new car with Bumper problem coming out on its own more than 7 times they tryied to fix it even now it Out and They lie about low consumption on cars mine is sitting at 7.9 L/100km while they advertise 4.3. If You want piece of mind buy something else cause right now I'm paying for the car not happy about and with lots of problems Emagine Brand New! that has went to panel beaters 7 time but still now bumper is out ; Brakes making noise; high consumtion nothing is good about the car and they say you will pay R2 999 forget in your dreams you will pay 7,000. Ay Bantu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to enquire about pricing on a new car and was received in a friendly, professional and very helpful manner, this did not change when I indicated that I am not ready to purchase just yet. I got exactly the info I was looking for and was showed around a similar vehicle on the showroom floor. Very impressed. Will be back.
