Cosmopolitan Projects Tshwane

I bought a house with these guys in 2016 and moved in 2017, the man who handed us keys told us we have 3 months to report cracks or which we did and trust there were cracks within 3 months of moving in. We were told that we have another 3 months which will be the next 6 months since we moved, and we had cracks. Cosmopolitan told us these cracks did not fit their criteria and they never helped us. These cracks grew and they ignored our cry for help, if I can tell you this house has cracks from top to bottom and water is leaking through the walls now and 90% of the houses in the Estate have 90% of cracks. These houses are of poor quality and Cosmo does not care and I have a feeling if we have strong winds like the ones on Soweto few years ago these houses will never survive any strong storms. IF YOU ALREADY BOUGHT A HOUSE WITH COSMO THEN TOUGH LUCK LIKE ME BUT DO NO BUY IF YOU WANT A PROPERTY rather look at other housing projects. Cosmo does not care about their customers and they only care about making money. DO NOT BUY FROM COSMOPLITAN PROJECTS.
