Great route, friendly volunteers, most marshalls ever seen at a Parkrun. Good turnout, holiday vibe, lively. But listen to the man. When he says faster runners at the front and you're one of those, DO SO. 5th row, you can't get away.

This is more like a 5km trail run than a parkrun that is why its such a pleasure to run. Route is challenging which will test your legs good.

A very pleasant parkrun in the forest run by an enthusiastic crowd of volunteers. The course is very well marked with a wide variety of steep sections and twisty bits. Mostly a hard surface of sand and rocks but it can get muddy in sections.

Definitely one of the better park runs. Doesn't handle crowds that well, though, so don't expect to run a record time during the December or Easter holidays. Wonderful forest sections, soft underfoot, and a good amount of hills, twists and turns.
