I went through my list twice with the sales person. After leaving items on site my staff tell me 1 item is short. I called the hardware and the sales person says sorry he forgot to invoice . What a inconvenience to have to leave the site I'm working on, run to another hardware and buy and return to site where 2nd team is working. Please hire competent people. Ensure they write down the list what customer says and just not say sorry I forgot to invoice. When we reach site sorry doesn't help
