What an incredibly disappointing experience, I called before 12 for an appointment for my 7 year old, they said we could come at 13:00, we arrived at 13:00 and they took us through to sit down and the hairdresser said he would be with us shortly. At 13:15 he checked the appointment list and then said he's just busy with someone who had an emergency" with her hair

A very very pleasant experience.The staff is all friendly and acknowledged every customer Megan washed my hair and blowdryed it ,she perfected it.Megan is by far the best hairstylist I've come across.I'd definitely recommend this place.

I have been trying to secure an appointment for the last two weeks now to redeem my voucher my husband blessed me with for my birthday. I have used their website, email and whatsapp to try and secure a booking. Not off to a good start. I have now tried to book via their Facebook page.

I emailed them and Whatsapp'ed them, and they didn't bother to get back to me. I live on a farm out of normal signal range, hence why I emailed and Whatsapp'ed them

This place really dissappionting. Sent my girlfriend there for a brasilian hairdo. Such a poor pathetic job after 5 hrs they let her go. They cannot seem to do another race group hair apart from white people. Did not ask her to pay. The problem is also they have trainee working on your hair.

I walked into the salon yesterday without an appointment and they assisted me even though i did not have an appointment. The staff is all very friendly and assisted me instantly. I will definitely refer anyone looking for exceptional service and quality beauty care to go and visit them. Their prices is also really affordable. Thank you for your great service you will definitely see me again.
