Worst service from this company, our garage was broken into and garden equipment stolen, there was no proof that a guard was at our house to check up. There was no feedback from Monitor Net regarding the situation or how it would be rectified. After this I had to pay R6000 to have a private guard at my house from another company, to ensure this does not happen again Three years later we are being harassed for an outstanding amount of R287.

My alarm went off 5 hours ago. No phone call to find out if all is in order. I will be dead and Monitor net will only query when the debit order bounces

Update. The app is currently not connecting and I have been waiting for a week to get a Monitor Net technician to repair the radio system. Very poor service.I have been struggling with the alarm system since the first day. I can recommend that Monitor Net should look at alternative solutions as the current system is dependent on a working Cellular network.

The worst service ever, Alarm is going off at 4 in the morning, continuously. Techie over the phone, with out even viewing the alarm system says its the Battery. Which is 6 months old. They did the installation, so the cheapest products are used. My houses elsewhere, batteries last from before covid.

I'm glad I'm not the only one having issues with installed systems. I'm having a problem with my CCTV recently installed. I was told a power surge knocked out the power supply. Had to pay for a new one. I reported the issue almost 2 weeks ago.

Keenan from your control room is excellent And professional my wife called for a patrol car to come As our neighbor had a break in.Keenan sent 2 highly competent guys that made their presence known. I know from experience I rather pay for the quality service monitor net continues to give me. I can't put a price on my families safety.

I’m a bit put off , I wanted to sign up today and take over monthly monitoring from the previous tenants. They want R1000 to replace the radio that was working fine because it’s conveniently redundant now.

Always amazing service from all staff. Highly recommended ! Have been a customer for about a year and always receive professional helpfulness and competent security advice. Fast response time. Guard staff are the type of smart, strong, prepared people who you'd hope arrive to help in a security emergency.
