I think I caught this place on a bad day, wanted to buy a tile drill bit, none of the staff even know what a vernier is and we stood in line at the checkout for ages. In the end I returned the item to the shelf and left without purchasing anything.

They don't even deserve 1 star actually. Staff are not available to assist you they always looking each other if they do work

There are 5 service points/ tills, only one is functional. The que is soo long and we were all served by one cashier, this was a terrible experience as we had to wait long to be serviced and the store is hot as 50% of the doors are closed to control access but air conditioning is not working.

This is firstly a typical building supplies store.Seen in the context of a middle of nowhere store where there are very limited options, the store is probably the best in the area.That said the staff are entirely apathetic. Short of setting something on fire I doubt anyone will attract attention when they want or need assistance.If compared to building supplies stores that offer decent service, this location will be very disappointing. Limit expectations when visiting this store.
