Awesome staff and very helpful. The are surely Ble to assist with most things. Definitely worth giving a try. To top it off, from what ive seen, it is definitely worth while when you are looking at savin some costs. The best is they are able to close match paints. That in itself is a big save for me.

After making an order the week prior for a delivery on Monday, went through on Monday to pay the order and no order was created. I proceeded to place an order which they said would be delivered just after lunch time. The order never arrived I was then phoned to let me know I'll receive it by Tuesday. Yet again order was not delivered and promised for the next day. This after paying the full price, delivery fee and being charged for their banking costs (5% extra because I paid with card). Would not recommend.(Edit after being told to get my facts straight")I have Whatsapp messages where thumbs up were given for the order made for Monday

Asked for acrylic paint, gave them samples, got a very thin watered down paint, that was Friday, I needed to have paints ready for Monday morning. Arrived at Paintline office at 7am Monday , collected my outstanding paint, went through to my customer, only to discover they gave me an enamel paint not acrylic. Rushed back to Paintline, asked them to please mix correct paint, waited an hour, by then half my class had walked out and gone home. I will never go back to Paintline again.
