DO NOT ORDER AND SELECT DELIVERY!! I should have read Gerda's post and taken note of it BEFORE I chose to have my pizza delivered!! I waited 3 hours!! It is a disgrace that a business owner accepts such bad service! I have logged an official complaint with Debonairs HO. Let's see what they come back with...

Absolutely terrible delivery service. I have ordered from this branch twice and have had to wait well over an hour for delivery to less than 8 km away on BOTH occasions. In both cases I had to call them and sort this oak out myself. Had I not, I would have starved. Completely Useless. If I could give negative stars I would (sadly one star is the lowest)

The order took about a hour and a half and only when they arrived did they realise they messed it up. They then went to fix it and now it's on 2 hours and when my mom phones to ask the staff what's happening they put the phone down in her ear and they argued with her for like 20 minutes and they dont say sorry once. Worst service ever and staff is very rude. Jack-up

DELIVERY TIME IS EXTREMELY LONG!!! WAITING TIME IS ALMOST 2 HOURS??? WE ARE 4 KM FROM THE SHOP AND EVERY TIME WE ORDER, THE EXCUSE FOR THE LONG WAIT IS THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE DRIVER. THE SERVICE WAS QUICK AND SUFFICIENT WHEN THE SHOP JUST OPENED BUT NOW IT IS A DIFFERENT STORY. IT IS THE MANAGEMENTS' PROBLEM IF YOUR DRIVERS ARE ON TRAINING.. OR ON LEAVE...THEY CALL IT PLANNING AHEAD......IT IS NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS' PROBLEM.

In short: These guys take +-90mins to make an order so it's not delivery that's slow. Pizza quality is standard. Use the app because they get addresses wrong! If you want pizza fast in the Moot, use Dominoes instead!

Went to get pizza at queenswood Debonairs yesterday. Revolting. There were black hairs with the toppings. Gave pizza to dogs as they don't mind eating hair. Will never go there again CANNOT recommend any stars.

The driver was incredibly disrespectful!! he called to tell me he was outside and when i got there he wasn't there.when he finally found the right place he started shouting at me for posting the wrong address even though he was at the wrong place.i asked him to lower his voice and talk to me properly he proceeded to tell me i should just take my pizza or he is leaving. i asked him to speak to me with the same respect i was extending to him, he instead clicked his tongue and got on the bike and turned it on. i asked where he was going and he said he was leaving, i said i want my food so he got off and started shouting for his money he proceeded to throw my food at me and then when i tried to hand him the money he hit out of my hand and on the floor. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life!!!

The worst delivery ever. I'm 500m away.. But I'm now at One hour of waiting and still counting... don't you even try it. And they hang phone on your ear even when you are not done talking. My first and last time of using their online service. Not sure about going to the restaurant. Avoid at all costs.

This is truly the best Debonairs I have ever dealt with. William always phones me just after I placed an online order to confirm the order and address. This store isn't the closest to me, as I refuse to order from Glenfair which is the closest, you can order the exact same item from both these and Glenfair's would be dry, lacking toppings and distasteful vs Queenswood. Love the Queenswood Debonairs. Thumbs up.
