All I can say is that my dogs love going to the Parlour. They always come home relaxed and very well groomed. The Staff are always friendly and take care of my dogs . They take their time and don't rush and that is why my dogs are relaxed when I fetch them . Thank you Angela and your Staff. The Doggy Parlour is the Best

The staff, from the front desk to the back room staff, are amazing! Friendly and caring. My dogs have been going there for 10 years and they still get excited every time they go there (every week). They really care for the animals more than they do about the money. Will always trust Angela and Carla to take amazing care of my children.

Absolutely shocking service.....They make your dogs sit in a cage for 6 hours....from 07h00 in the morning....And when you have finally had enough of waiting for their calll, and decide to just arrive to collect them....they basically just start....Shocking.....each of my 3 dogs finished a bowl of water the instant they got home....So sad that people that are supposed to care about animals simply abuse them for financial gain....The receptionist has more attitude than a Rottweiler...Simply disgusted....

The WORST groomer I have ever had the misfortune if taking my 2 yorkies to in 10 years.Stay away from themThey hacked my one yorkies face, beard and body so bad, that I had to beg another groomer to take her in and try fix their mess.Only cut one toe nail and then I discovered why, because they cut it too short and then just left the rest. Also did not touch the behind area at all, just left it as it was.Shocking experience.

My doggies were well looked after while I went shopping, they got pampered with a bath and cut. Robbins in their fur too. I would recommend them for any pet owner.

Absolutely love this place. They treat your furbabies as their own and they let you know if there is something wrong when you pick your furkid up. Great prices, stuff to buy in the shop as well. The staff is super friendly too. If i could give 500 stars i would. They cut my yorkies beautiful every time.
