This company is very unprofessional. I am veery disappointed with them. I have been trying to cancel my laybye since last week Friday till today I don't know their procedure on how to do so. Everytime I call I get disappointed.

Bad service and some of their stuff is bad quality. I tried them the second time as I was hoping they will improve their service and quality. I went to collect the dinning set I bought. The table was already covered with a box. They wanted me to sign a form to confirm that I found everything in good condition. I refused and stated that the table top was covered so I can not confirm that it is in good condition, I can only confirm when I unpack it. They agreed. The table was laying on the floor with the table top so I could see the top of the table and if the box was damage or not. That's how they lifted it up to the car and out of the car to the house. When we turned the table upside down on it's legs and unpacked it, there were two scratches and dents on the top. I immediately called them to inform them that the table had damages and I needed an exchange. They asked me to send pictures. I sent them a video and pictures they wanted. It's been over a week now no feedback. Last time I had to go and fight with them to exchange the sofas that were faulty. I hope this time it won't be the case and it is the last time I buy from them. They have good looking furniture I have to say but they have quality issues and really bad Chinese attitude service. They deserve no star.

We received 2 chairs after 3months of waiting for 4 chairs and a dining table. Till today our issue is not resolved and we will be requesting a refund in full

They were amazing and delivered exactly what I ordered! The best part was the price, it was affordable but they didn't compromise on the quality and the asthetic of my order. Great customer service too!
