Hi All, when dealing with these people please be sure you know what you signing . They only there for the sale .This is the worse people I dealt with I lost alot of money recently (R53000 to be exact). They have no heart and will not think twice of hold back your money. Do not give them any deposits upfront or do not sign any papers without consulting somebody that knows . I have had this personal experience with them . Kurt Johnson who works for Mark. Stay away or get good advice before thinking about using them. I guessing they probably going to come up with all those excuses as well. The fact of the matter is that I dnt see how you can take so much money from people and think nothing of it.

I have used Mark's services on 2 occasions and was very happy with his service. Professional, knowledgeable and client focused are just a few things i have been impressed with. Will definitely recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
