No company should tell a customer that they see no fault" or "couldn't replicate the fault" when there clearly is a fault with a laptop and video footage was submitted to the head office to illustrate the fault.BEFORE the laptop arrived at the head office

I had a very great experiencing ordering from Computer Mania. It's first attempt to buy from them, and Michael Vosloo helped alot with communication, from start to end and updates you name it. There was a bit of delay with my product, but I can't even complain about it as it was not Computer Mania's problem. This type of communication is wonderful! As customers we are able to understand, if communication is done just the Michael handle it. I'm a happy customer and I look forward to ordering more stuff from Computer Mania.

Question: As a Head Office, do you know what type of service the Computer Mania outlets render to your clients? I am very unhappy with the service from your outlet at Irene Village Mall.
