I call it customer service beyond call of duty. Got a proper tow bar fitted on my bakkie, lots of extras fixed. Joe went an extra mile by assisting me get my car out of VW after they locked up. Excellent service,I'd really recommend this place for your car exhaust needs, tow bars, nudge bars, customer built trailers.
