Basically you will get screwed financially by this company because they take money from your account and then when you follow it up they ignore you. Go and have a good read at Hello Peter for more.The bad apple's name is Merchil and she works in the Cape Town office in accounts. She told me via WhatsApp we owe them money. I immediately responded and she said she'll tell me the next day.Instead of actually telling me and myself following up multiple times, they send us a letter of demand and added this to our bill. Multiple requests for invoices and explicit instructions to not take any more debit orders were ignored.My advice: Get a lawyer. That's what we're doing.

This company knowingly provided access to a locked cellar that was not part of the lease to a tenant...and then determined what that they pay out R500 a month for the transgression with no recourse. I had no way to account which of my family possessions were there due to my sense of security that it was locked and Trafalgar had the key. Turns out they gave the tenant a copy once i had a new lock put on. On a second occasion, they refused to release a tenant of mine deposit and sub contracted a company affiliated with themselves (run by an arrogant old lady with no building acumen from her home in the suburbs) to rinse out the deposit completely. If anything goes wrong with the tenant, trust that they will absolve themselves of all responsibility and still continue to bill you for inaction

I guess all property management companies in the sectional title space are bad, but this company sets the bar even lower

This Company is a Fraud!! Trafalgar has illegally taken money out of my account, and now I have to fight with them to pay the money back to me, and they make sure they drag it out, so that they don't have to pay!! This company is extremely unprofessional, and there service is shocking!! STAY AWAY

Trafalgar doesn't pay their own bills to the municipality then makes the tenants suffer when they cut the power without warning.

Trafalgar record levy payments on a credit bureau BUT does not advise that they are scoring your credit rating negatively. My levy payment had a 2 day delay because of banks and all I received was a sms thank you

Absolutely shocking, unprofessional and uncaring property managers. The worse I ever came across. I specifically want to mention Kreston Cloete and Danielle Flynn for blatanly ignoring client emails and always consistently overpromising and underdelivering. A 1 star is not even deserved.

Terrible management service. Never available to tenants, change locks on buildings without prior notice

Week-long waits between each email response, unsatisfactory answers and they don't like to pay out. There is always an excuse as to why claims aren't covered by them and that the property owner or body corporate needs to pay for repairs.
