Relocated from Bo Kaap to Salt River. Excellent friendly and efficient service and workmanship. From the Frontline to the back staff. Have used them before, used them now and certainly will use them if ever I need to.Needed their serviceQuality of the repair was excellent but the reception from the 2 ladies at the front desk was shatteringly bad.The previous occasion I needed to be taken to and fetched from the car rental and this was efficiently done. On the 2nd occasion I arranged with TABIET to be taken to and fetched from the car rental and he was happy to oblige. A day before this I called to confirm and the lady that attended to me said if it was not more desirable to get the car renters to take me to them. I was shocked as we had this arranged as well as this service was not available from the renting company. I immediately retorted that I should consider repairs at another repair shop and was asked IT I WOULD LIKE TO DO THAT.When taking the car in I established this lady was a NURAAN who immediately confronted me with a mouthful of words and how well versed she was at the procedures of collection and delivery with her supposed long term interaction.Not sure if in times by Vehicle renters did and she is still basking in those bygone days.And the other person, FAY, WHEN ASKED 3 days later about progress with the repair undertook to enquire and revert later that day.I collected the car on that Monday and she is still to revert.EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM THE 2 FRONT DESK PERSONS.THABIET WAS EXCELLENT AND IF I RETURN THERE IF NEEDED IT WOULD ONLY BE BECAUSE OF HIM, THABIET.

Our vehicle had to be repaired and as with other companies, not having our vehicle for deliveries results in a significant loss of earnings per day. This was explained to Liza at Cannings, when she confirmed that the parts for the vehicle had arrived. Yesterday I was most pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Fay confirming the vehicle could be collected, three days ahead of schedule. Both ladies and the Cannings Team have been a pleasure to work with and the vehicle looks fantastic, better than new! What a great experience! Thank you.

My car went in for repairs and a paint job after some marking from an acciden, which was done very well. As can be seen on the attached photos - my car went in for repairs without a cracked windscreen and after receiving my car back from the shop the windscreen was cracked. The company is taking no responsibility for the cracked windscreen and will not pay to have it fixed. I would strongly recommend that you do not make use of their services.

In the last 17 years I used a good couple of panelbeaters (between the company and private vehicles) and I have to admit I am impressed with the quality of service as well as the communications and courtesy received. Stellar job . Definitely a business I will recommend and go back with full trust in the quality they deliver.
