Selling player cards that apparently cannot be refunded for R20 that don't work on the the machines. This establishment does not suit the culture of the area either. Dont know who issued the gaming liscence. Staff are not able to.communicate correctly. Bad experience

I have always had a pleasant time at my scottsbourgh branch friendly staff but however I have always been unlucky and loosing more than I can afford to thinking off not gambling anymore I think for your daily patrons you should deposit credits into there account rather than having lucky draws when people come in only on month ends or one weekend in a year and win the draw not fair on regulars
