Horrible service. Why would Shein use them. I will never order from Shein again as long as they use this delivery service. Been waiting for my delivery for 2 months now. So dissatisfied. Absolutely no customer service or feedback. So so angry.

I am told i did not pay customs when i did and even sent the proof. i am disappointed at their service. will not order Shein again as long as they use this rubbish company.

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had, would much rather go to home affairs than this place . Stood in a line from 10am and only received my package at 5pm, the staff flat out ignore you … offer you no help or solutions . No seating area for clients … everyone was on the sitting on the side of the road.

Worst experience, wait in calls for 20min then get told the number is busy, did this the whole week, only to be told they are delivering tommorow, but their tracking say failed to deliver, can't get hold of client, I never received no calls from, I wait. But never use ever again

The delivery drivers keep saying they attempted to call me, and i did not answer. However no calls were made. Each time the parcel gets returned and re-attempted after 48 hours. Same then occurs. Call centre staff are overworked due to logistics and poor service delivery from drivers. Company offers no support, their whatsapp line is unresponsive and emails bounce back. I highly suggest not using their services. See other reviews below, all provide you with the same information and one star is even to high.

My 1st international order and am already happy with the delivery. All items in order, it reached me within 11 days. Their communication on par. No hassles at all and the driver Collen who is servicing Montana area was very good in explaining their process and it was so helpful. So far am happy with Buffalo logistics.

Wish I can rate them -10 they spoiled our Christmas gifts, dont answer phones, dont respond to communication then started sending generic rubish e-mails after holidays. Will not support Shein as long as they use this rubish company
