Absolutely pathetic I don't mind waiting my turn but sitting and waiting an hour and a half just for a card collection. You must really review your strategy this is a texbook example of loosing customers. Ps. The help desk can really work on their people skills as well. Deeply dissapointed ....

Just got out of the bank. Teller was absolutely rude. She had no badge on for me to see her name. Not friendly service at all. I was doing a deposit for a friend. Seeing how the service was, I will never bank with standard bank middelburg mall!!
