This man is a fraud...he fixed" my washing machine with second hand parts and two weeks later it broke again. Eventually after about three months of nagging he came to correct the mistake and told me there are no parts from Defy and the best he can do is to write a report to the insurance.This report

My whirlpool washing machine broke, after several calls to different companies, I finally managed to get competent people who assisted me very kindly. They did not try to get rich over night, and knowing that I needed the machine to work as soon as possible, they even contacted me after hours for technical support. My problem was sorted. A week later, Tertius contacted me to follow up if the machine is in good order. Will definitely recommend them!

The owner phoned me back after my insurance company Bryte" said they could not get hold of them to respond to a service request. It seems that the truth is rather that Megatech prefer not to do work for "Bryte" as their payments terms are not favorable. I therefore appreciate the feedback from Megatech and revised my service rating from 1 to 5"
