Nice, clean space. Friendly staff that give great cuts/styles. They also give a head massage with every hair wash and special touches like offering coffee/tea/water at each visit. Highly recommend!

If you ever want to feel like a VIP without the price tag attached to it Hair Concept is a must. The staff are absolutely the best. From the moment you walk in you get treated. The neck massages are to die for and to top off the coffee is deeeeelicious. Highly recommend Michelle she is the best <3

The service is unbeatable. I felt so spoilt and pampered with a back and head massage. A hand massage. Champagne with strawberries and the atmosphere is calm and tranquil just what is needed after a hectic week. My hair looked amazing so if you want a real treat. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!!To start off, you get a head, neck, back and arm massage while your hair is being washed. You also get wonderful Dolce Gusto coffee on request.Since I've been with Hair Concept, my hair has been feeling full and healthy. Carol also has a great eye and knows what will suit you well. She gives the best advice and really gives life to your hair dreams.They are also super competitive with their prices, and you get discount if you're a returning client.Really love this place and can recommend it to all.
