I highly recommend Dr Lager's services. He is incredibly professional, welcoming and made my general experience painless and comfortable. I came into his practice a nervous wreck and left feeling good knowing that I had an expert working on my gum issues.

Worst experience with their accounts dept, Afrihost today is nothing like the Afrihost I remember dealing with in the past, been around two years of blood sweat and tears trying to get a domian and simple accounting situation sorted out, if I had the energy and time I would have left this problem behind me a long time ago

My mother has been seeing Dr Lager for a few months. Today she phoned to ask me to pick her up from his practice. I found her missing her top teeth and still bleeding. She had told him on Tuesday that she had an infection, and he insisted she could wait until her Friday appointment. Today (Friday) it had gotten so bad that he had to dig out all her implants. He had left her like that for the long weekend. To reiterate, she was still bleeding. Then they said they could put in two new implants today if she waited. It's an hour and a half later and we're still sitting here waiting, observing the absolute incompetence of this doctor and his practice.I'm sitting next to a woman who was told to take a strong sedative for a procedure today. She is now sleeping on a waiting room chair, having complained that it will have worn off by the time he sees her. Her appointment was meant to be an hour ago, but she will still have to wait for him to finish with the current patient and then fix what he did earlier to my mother. Another woman came in for her 14:30 appointment, with a bad infection, and was told he would be another hour. She didn't have an hour to wait so she was told to come back at 15:30. It is now 15:00 and he will be a lot longer than another half hour. Also, his day is ending early because he needs to make it home in time to prepare for Shabbat.The receptionist is leaving now too - it's not her fault, as he has been dismissive towards her when asking for updates for us.I try to never leave reviews that might harm someone's income, but Dr Lager's arrogant behaviour is unacceptable from a medical professional.TL;DR: Dr Lager dismissed my mother's concerns, left her bleeding, and seems to have no respect for any of the patients here.
