Staff and management not very helpful went in to close a deceased person's account one teller working about 20 -25 people standing in line to be helped I phoned the shop while standing in it asked to speak to the manager been told that they can't put me thru to the manager the manager will call me back receive a call from the manager one and a half hour later.No customer satisfaction

There is room for improvement here. There are plenty floor staff but none that offer help and if asked anything they point you to an imaginary person around the corner. Queues are always long with just one till while the other shop assistants catch up on each other's love lives. Ever heard of dinner theatre? Welcome to shopping theatre. Abysmal! Could just as well close down for all i care.

Bad experience with garments that are dirty on rails and when you return Management not willing to replace when even salespersons not checking the product.
