Could be cleaner n its a bit understaffed but really generous staff

I just pray this shop reserved a place at the new mall...needs a desperate face lift...entrance into the building is bombarded with looters and vendors selling food products outside on the pavement. I avoid the shop like a plague...staff unfriendly, moody and it's like they doing customers a favor if they need to help...parking always a hassle and no toilet facilities. I did a follow up visit yesterday (6/08/2022). I added the photos cause I spend more than a 45 minutes standing in queues and the till point are marching the aisles down. I wish the labour department can visit this store. When last was staff training conducted with the poor bubble gum chewing cashiers...it's a horrible scene during the SASSA days... I don't blame customers I blame the management/owners. One of the photos indicated 2 cashier points being completely non operational which could function as an express till but it's closed. Most pathetic and it seems Management is not bothered at all...this is the worse groceries store in zeerust. My poor/ elderly/disabled people standing in long lines whilst the management is laughing all the way to the bank

The shop is good but entrance to shop is bad due to people crowded at door

Could not get 2.5 kg cake flour or brown sugar.

Its a good store but you don't find things you need fast as the store is too small

The staff that I buy mostly is always cheaper compared to other shops

Much room for improvement.

Their trolleys are just a disappointment.Their meat is not even fresh!!! products have no price tags!!You have to go around asking the workers the prices.They make special of something and you won't find it in the store always !!!

Need more cashiers. Always have a single cashier that takes forever

It was a great experience, I enjoyed shopping there, everything I wanted was displayed in the best,I did not struggle with anything.
