grandfather got Covid from one of the caregivers as no family was allowed to visit him a month prior. he ended up in hospital and passed away... Belenois never once reached out to the family, no condolences, but amount was still taken from bank account. when we went to fetch the clothes and possessions it was all just thrown into black backs all mixed up. even with other elderlies positions. to top off the experience, 2 weeks after the passing we received an email from Belenois saying its ok for us to come visit again as regulations now allow it... so insensitive and unprofessional

Best village for retirees & the frail. They really look after the people very well with professionalism, knowledge & experience. They treat all residents with the greatest respect, friendliness & really care about each person's well being, needs & personal care. They go the extra mile to keep everyone happy, comfortable, entertained, well looked after medically & physically. ALL the staff are fantastic at what they do. Always friendly, willing & able.

The service at Belenois is outstanding. The staff are very professional and exceptionably friendly. The daily coffee and eats are of high standard. The facility is well maintained and neatly kept. I would highly recommend Belenois if you are looking for a care facility for a loved one.

What an awesome place. The staff are all great, friendly, professional and always willing to assist. I am so happy that my best friend was able to spend her last few weeks in Belenois. I have not as yet had a chance to thank you all for what you have meant for my friend Lesley. Thank you all so very much, you are the best - highly recommended! Love you guys.

Quieter than you would think this close to a busy road. Great care and meal options for the elderly. In house doctor and frail care on premises. Great views and relaxed neighbours.
