Kids had a great time, and the pools were clean. Nice seating, and the mini games were fun. I would definitely recommend a visit here.

This place has huge potential. We had come with almost 40 children on a Tuesday midday. We had pre-arranged our visit so we anticipated readiness upon our arrival. This was not the case The grass had not been mowed. One of the pools was still green and was being treated as we entered. There was no stock of hot food. There were drinks out of stock. There was no quad biking or archery, only putt-putt and pellet gun shooting. Service was slow and we didn't feel welcome. It was as though they were closing and didn't want customers. Pity. The place needs some TLC, a coat of paint here and there and some cleaning. The fact that you have to pay extra for the big slide makes no sense. They should charge a higher entrance fee and allow people to use whichever slide they want. The point of sale person should advertise activities and get customers to buy tickets and commit right at the door. I would bring kids here many times a year if the place were run with greater attention to detail and care. I was very disappointed.

We had such an amazing time there. The location is just perfect. The pools are amazing, the children didn't want to get out of the water. They had so much fun.There isn't much activity for the kids accept the water. I could be wrong, but I was told the place is under new management... Alot of improvement is needed.Big up on the cleanliness of the place. The restrooms are clean, the pools are clean, the play areas are clean.It got cold at some point and we ordered hot chocolate. We literally waited 30min for 4 cups of hot chocolate. There were ppl in the queue as well complaining that they were waiting for over 15 minutes for one cup of coffee. That department needs improvement.They try to cater for all age groups, which is a good thing. The food looked delicious, I didn't order cos we had brought our own.Someone stole my neices sandal though, sad sad. But that's not the venues fault.

Awesome fun for the entire family at a very reasonable price. Drinks and food are well priced and many activities for the kids.

The fact that you can't even bring water in is a no.. the food is over priced as well. In terms of environment it's very nice a d chilled. The kids enjoy it but it's pricey.

Unfortunately there was a lot of rain recently and the entrance was very muddy, as well as some of the grassy areas inside. The large pool with big water slides was closed, there was no archery as they had run out of target sheets and we could not shower after swimming as they have no showers at all. It's fun for small children, but needs improvements to attract everyone else.
