I was there yesterday. I went to report to the manager (Happy) and asked her about how is the store if there is any problems so we can treat and concentrate in that area. When I left the store my colleague told me that the manager told him that I mustn't come to her and ask her what wrong with the shop I must just do the job. I don't know if it was rase related. The Manager was not helpful or friendly at all.

Awesome food, employees really try hard to please customers as busy as it gets. I have no complaints or no problem waiting if it's extremely busy. My orders are always correct. Very hard working employees I must say n never rude.

Staff is really slow, they show no motivation to get the order out. The manager doesn't even address them about being slow but instead laughs with them.

This steers is greatly located just by the location, making it convenient to find an affordable eating spot. It's also closely located to other affordable eatouts on the Durban Beach front.My chicken was tasty and good, what you'd expect from a Steers outlet. However, the staff's expressions seemed as if clients are more of an inconvenience to them.Whilst my order arrived on time, I saw several disgruntled customers still pacing around and waiting for their orders.Worse still, my take away order came without the coke that was part of the combo. While I do not really care about that missing coke, such behaviour is obviously unnacceptable especially if it happens many more times.
