My experience was out of this world! I had the most horrendous experience with Takealot, 2 broken tablets, 10 days waiting, credits instead of refunds and in my desperation I searched and searched and found Next Buy - they were informative, quick, tracking was amazing AND I live in an outlying area and it was delivered in 2 days! That's a miracle! My emails were answered immediately and the whole online shopping was amazing. I just wish I'd found them ages ago!
