Sparkport Pharmacy Overport

Very unprofessional. I understand I can't get prescription meds over the counter. But never gave me the chance to explain that I needed something similar simply for applying on a burn. Another pharmacy gladly helped me with something close under the circumstances.

My wife bought crutches at the pharmacy for me to use after I ruptured an Achilles in my one leg. She specifically told them that I was big and they sold her the crutches. Today the one crutch broke while I was ascending stairs and I instinctively stepped on the injured leg (that was operated on) as I was falling. These crutches were obviously not made for a bigger person, but was recommended anyway.Today the manager had the audacity to fight with my wife about this and even wanted to refund her for only one crutch! If you have no knowledge about medical products that can cause serious injury, don't sell those items!We have used this Pharmacy over the years, and even though they come in handy, I am outraged by their attitude and complete lack of sympathy and ownership for the damage they have caused.

They are cheap.20 pink brufen for 9 rand.they do delivery via uber..

Went to this store to have my pregnant wife's blood pressure checked at 9.30pm.Was told very rudely and abruptly by a man named Asim that he can not do it! And can't help us. It was not even closing time. We didn't expect it for free.Very poor service.We went down the road to Sydenham Pharmacy and was helped efficiently and with a smile.This guy Asim needs some serious people skills.

Very unprofessional when it came to having my covid vaccine with them. With them coming out to my place of employment the first dose went well. The nurses having been so friendly and professional. Second dose not so much. The nurse seemed to be more afraid than us that was receiving the vaccine even had all viles opened needles facing upwards with the nurses saying it speeds up the process. Having said that she then pokes herself with one of the needles but does not remove it from the batch and proceeds to give out the vaccine not knowing which needle it was. If it was not for us noticing and stopping her one of us would have received the vaccine with the needle that she poked herself with. Even had the incorrect date on system as to when they had given me the vaccine both my card and there system have the incorrect dates and i had to make many calls to them from last year to ask them and only to have them upload my status of the vaccine this month.

Has everything you could look for in a pharmacy. Excellent business hours allowing for the late / weekend shop.Prices are above average on certain items thoughEdit: please update your business hours would save a lot of hassle

Very helpful and efficient..really hope the prices could be brought down to affordable rates particularly with everyday emergency medicines and products

Great hours, they were open after 9pm on a night I desperately needed medicine for a child.They usually have what I need and they are just about the only place open much later after office hours.
