Great service. Very honest people whose machines are always in good condition. I had bad experiences with another large rental hire firm in Centurion who took my deposit after a machine was on site for less than a day. This bunch has given me machines on many occasions and things have always been perfect.

I had such a great experience with Coastal Hire Centurion. Ilse and team was amazing. She mailed my quote after a web query and they were the best priced in town.Communication was excellent all they way and my hire went without a hitch including the refund of my deposit. They even went the extra mile when it rained to delay my hire.I can highly recommend them. Service at its best!

Was disappointed by the service and lack of customer centricity at this branch. Ordered a 15 kVA generator, was told I had to complete paperwork, I did this - dropped everything else in the process because they wanted original copies. Went to branch to complete application form, paid deposit and was told it would be delivered shortly. 1 hour later, was told the generator is not work, their best solution was for me to come and get my money back...no discussion about what was done, no courtesy to request my banking details to make payment back to my account. I am seething, this was an emergency and communicated this upfront with the branch.
