Happy with the service here..I’m currently abroad and I was first helped by the quite gentle man by the name of Musa good at what he does.. quite but always made sure I was happy as a client. Now Im being helped by Max who goes all out..always making sure everything runs smooth..communication between me,builder and him is always top notch..guy is good at what he does. the delivery guy Mthoko too.Im rating them high because I have received high service as a customer here.Thanks!Mbali!

I don't like the service they gave me,a Lady by the name of Mpume,who is a Cashier,I am currently building my house,I bought everything from there coz it the closest Store,but everytime you go there and greet her,she has a grumpy face as well as attitude, I asked her are you ohkay she replied its Hot,aibo I couldn't even say anything I left,yesterday she was like that again,she doesn't smile,and worse we must pay to her,I as assisted by Ntombi thank you very much,Cc you always smile,you know your job,even Material you assisted me which is good thank you..

The staff are really customer orientated. I am really happy about their service instore.The major problem I have encountered was during delivery of my goods. Some drivers and their assistants have given me problems with placing my blocks inside my yard. But luckily the instore staff(especially Ntombi and Maximo) have been involved in solving that issue for me. So I always get my material delivered where I need it to be delivered.

For the most part I had positive experience at Jabula Mgababa branch. Except for this one time , my assistant got nasty treatment from a cashier named Ntombie. She was rude as Hell , she refused to sell and order tiles unless we used their contracted transportation. I ended up contacting the Director at night and the manager Uzair, they took care of my order. Thank you lots. Shame on you lady. That's not how you handle customers.

I had difficulties in finding what I was looking for and there was a lady named Ntombi came through and helped me, it made my shopping so easier for me. She knows how to treat a customer with her good approach and positive attitude. I had an amazing Experience in your hardware.
