SLV Yoga House

Sam and her classes are always the highlight of my day. I love the mat morning sessions at 6.30 am, after which I always feel so great to start the day. I like that Sam pays attention to what everyone can and aspire to do - and proposes variations to make it more or less challenging according to the yogis in the class. Every session is different and after several months she keeps making us discover new things :) But my favourite is aerial yoga, which helps me a lot in my practice! Thank you Sam!

Samantha the Instructor was very professional, I thoroughly enjoyed the personal touch that you would not get at a more comercial yoga studio or at a gym that offers yoga classes. Very clean neat studio, I would definitely return and recommend her services.

Samantha's classes are filled with love, positivity and gratitude. A yoga session that makes you sweat, happy and feel relaxed by the end.
