What a roller coaster of a property transfer. It took a full 3 years of pain and suffering to resolve the late NHBRC enrollment but Elize and the guys at Delberg Attorneys stood by me and supported me through the ordeal. I was disrespected so much from the day I walked in to the end of my process, it was appalling. The legal assistance also lacked, I paid a different attorney to give the information I lacked. Also mistakes were made on their end regarding payments more than once. They don't read emails and respond with wrong information either way. Very disappointed in their service. I'd recommend a wonderful attorney in Brooklyn to handle your matters. She was so helpful while I paid Delberg for services rendered by someone else...

I am at a loss for words to describe the jaw dropping service I received from Debbie Nerei. She kept me calm during the process of the bond take over registration, especially when RCS home loans dragged their feet. She answered all my questions no matter how trivial they might have been.
