Do NOT take your car to be serviced by these clowns. They charged me an exorbitant amount to do the wrong service and replace items that were not due a replacement (very clearly stated in the service book). When I took my car for it's next service, the mechanic showed me that both the air filter and the spark plugs appeared to be old and had not been replaced. Pieter, the service manager, has zero interest in client service and was unresponsive. Best part of all? The labour cost for the service alone was R3600. Gotta love it. Rather visit a reliable, trusted, affordable local mechanic.

The staff very helpful, though there is room for improvement. First time I got there to collect spares i was directed with the sales agent assuming I know where the collection counter is, likely one lady saw through me try to locate the collection counter, and pointed in the right direction. I didn't seem to see a sign labeled so customers not to bettle to know where to go.

....the service part was good . Service manager Lucas and team excellent service and assistance.The customer care was bad .. first when you phone ....struggle to get hold of administrative personnel.....lucky when your call is returned....

My car was recently stolen and a gorgeous 2019 honda jazz with low mileage and a great price took me to Motus Honda. Kevin Chetty is the salesman I dealt with and later Feroza on the financing side. Kevin was brilliant from beginning to end. Flawless service! He held my hand and helped me every step of the way. He is a great communicator, extremely efficient and delivers on every promise. Feroza was similarly incredible. She explained everything so clearly, quickly secured the financing, and got me through the documentation side with little pain. The car is perfect in every way and the price was really good. And to top everything, Kevin gave us a delicious gift of chocolates and champagne! I feel like I should have been gifting him. I have been servicing with them for years and have bought 2 brand new cars from them, however my last 2 visits have left me contemplating whether I will ever go back there. Both times they didn't look into the seat that doesn't lift and both times said that there was nothing wrong with it. Both times my car was still dirty when I picked it up. The front windscreen inside and the rear-view mirror were dirty. Yesterday my service book and things were just thrown on the floor. Such disgusting service. If I could rate them -5 stars I would.

Had a very very bad experience for buying my vehicle :1. Purchased amaze and it has been more than 2 months now haven’t yet received my updated license disk. I am now on expired one.2. Was sold a maintenance plan with assurance that it covers service as well as parts cost. But now when I went for my service it seems the plan was not correct and it was just service plan and not maintenance plan and due to System issue I was assigned wrong plan at that price.Not at all happy with this purchase.
