Manager or owner got very irate when I asked about the specification of a mattress he quoted me on and slammed the phone in my ear - what an excellent manner in dealing with a prospective customer. I can only assume that he is selling substandard products and calling it 'a deal of a lifetime'! Public please be aware of what you are purchasing at this establishment!! All is not what it seems!!
