Bodytech Steenberg is the BEST studio in CT!The instructors are EXCELLENT, always go the xtra mile to ensure your work out is exciting and fun, the vibe is always happy & upbeat!Definitely the best form of exercise I have ever done!

Have been training little over a month now and haven't done anything else (busy recovering from hip surgery so taking things slow) First thing I can't believe it how my posture has changed as well as having not done anything for a year because of my hip it has literally woken my muscles up!Highly recommend it - love my Steenberg branch!

This has been my first month. It is such an amazing experience with the nicest staff and a welcoming, engaging environment. Compared to my experience with a personal trainer and a gym membership, this is cheaper, better and such an enjoyable experience. I really look forward to my weekly session. The best part is that I no longer require shoulder and back treatment from a masseur. It does it all. Love it.

Bodytec Westlake staff and facilities are always in top form. Trainers are always on time, professional and pleasant. The sometimes grueling training session is always over before you know it. I also enjoy seeing the owner (Andrew) around which gives me great comfort that the studio is well run and organised.

I just had a super power session with the amazing Tahir! He worked me hard, which I wanted.No holding back. Josh and Tahir were the best motivators throughout my session. I highly recommend the steenberg branch. I had lots of fun lads. Thanks again for pushing me past my limits, there’s nothing better than feeling on top of the world after a 20 minute workout hahaha. Now for an ice bath and my already booked massage tomorrow.
