After attempting to obtain a number of quotes from various companies. By far mend a bath we’re the most professional and responsive to advise me on the work I needed. They have advised my of the pros and cons and the risk of resurfacing an old bath. They provided a fantastic, easy and clean resurface. I’m yet to use the bath but I’m confident this company knows what they are talking about. Thank you Mend a Bath. Dee.

Recoated a thirty year old steel enamel bath that had rust damage and scratches. It looks better than new. Very happy. Quick and minimal disruption compared to installing a new bath.

I am so happy we found Steve and Sharron at Mend a Bathroom Perth. Steve came yesterday and resurfaced our bath and it looks like new! He was prompt and professional, and we are delighted with the outcome. Sharron in the office was also able to help me understand the process we needed to follow with resurfacing the bath, and replacing our shower screen, so that we got the best outcome possible ... thank you both so much! 0/10 recommend this company. My partner sent through an online enquiry form of which had no response. I then called and spoke to Sharron who requested photos via email to which I sent through within 30 minutes. After sending the email to Sharron, communication on their end ceased. I waited a week in faith they were just busy and then sent a follow up email, still no reply. Extremely disappointing as we were recommended them from another company and they’ve not only let us down but also that company.From other reviews on here it seems to be a common experience.

I would much rather give zero stars.I am absolutely appalled by this company, I paid 1800 to have my bath re-lined, was told a 5year warranty, but would last 20! What a joke.We didn't use the bath for a week, they gave us 48 hours, I did prolong it. The bath wasn't packed properly underneath, I called and asked the company to send someone out to settle my concerns as the bath was very weak, I was informed that the person who completed resurfacing has never under packed a bath and has always done a great job, I requested him to come back out to settle my concerns. I never had a follow up call.My bath is not draining properly as there is not enough under packing, less than six months I have this issue.Please don't use.

My old peach coloured bathtub is now white and looks fresh and modern. Steve did a fabulous job, it looks like a brand new bathtub has been installed, but instead of taking weeks to do, he was in and out in only 2½ hours. I couldn't be happier with the finished job or the service I received.

I had my bath re surfaced 2.5 years ago, in this time I have had it done 3 times under warranty. I now have peeling paint AGAIN sticking to the bottom of my foot and also have the waste drain sealant give way, to which I was told was a inferior product and this has since been changed. I have contacted mend a bath and have asked for a refund, I was refused, even though this will be the 4TH time myself and my young family will be inconvenienced and won't have a functioning shower in our home if it was coated again. Neither Russel or Steve were useful in coming to an agreement where we were happy and we have now paid $700 for a dodgy paint job in our bath, their customer service was some of the worst I've experienced. What a rip off!!

I originally sent through an enquiry email to this company with no response. I called and spoke to Sharron, she laughed and said oh was that your photo you sent through we couldn’t even see what we were looking at. I found this to be highly unprofessional, due to my photo not uploading clearly they decided not to contact me. I than obtained her email address and sent through other photos. They must be super busy or have no urgency in getting back to their customers. Finally when Sharron called me back she gave me a verbal quote over the phone. The conversation I had with Sharron was her basically trying to get me to buy the DIY packs they sell and no mention of booking in. I have since tried contacting them again to obtain a written quote with no response as I would of liked to go ahead with getting my bath and sink done. Very Disappointed!

I was very happy with the work undertaken to begin. But then issues arose with peeling, cracking and chipping. I contacted the business by phone and e-mail. I sent photographs of my concern. I was assured that someone would get back to me" time and time again. No one has. I have given up. The warranty provided is not worth a thing. Buyer beware."

A very professional team, we couldn't be happier with how our old relic of a bath was transformed by Steve and Sharron in less than a day into something that looked brand new. Great service and very easy to work with. This was not an easy job so we really apprecaited the extra effort put in for a quality result.
